Care standards
The rules the protocols run on.
Written down so you can hold us to them. These standards apply to every protocol, in every state OPTN opens in, without exception.
Every provider is licensed and practicing in the state where the member lives. Licensure is verified before a provider ever takes a consult on the platform, not after.
Nobody prescribes off a questionnaire alone. A prescription requires a real visit with a provider who has your full lab panel in front of them.
Providers decline to prescribe when the labs say so. A protocol that is wrong for your numbers does not ship, whatever you were hoping to hear.
Every protocol starts with a full panel, about $280, billed at cost, and gets rechecked against the same panel on a schedule. Dose changes come from retest numbers and how you feel, decided with the provider.
Medication markup is capped and published. It is not negotiated per member or hidden inside a bundle price.
Every medication batch carries a real certificate of analysis from the pharmacy. Ask for it and you get it.
Nothing in a medical protocol carries an affiliate link, ever. Gear recommendations are disclosed and live on their own page, away from care.
The site is educational. The assessment orients, it does not diagnose. Clinical decisions happen between you and a licensed provider, nowhere else.
