OPTN

Men's health, run on data

Your bloodwork is normal. Your body disagrees.

"Normal" is a range 652 points wide. It says nothing about where you sit in it, or whether that's any good. The assessment is six taps and points you at your first move. The protocol takes it from there.

Six taps, about a minute. Free, no card. It orients you, it doesn't diagnose you.

Protocols

Telehealth, run like a protocol. Not a prescription pad.

The provider-run protocols are priced in whole numbers and rechecked against the same labs they started with. The Sleep Stack is free, self-directed, and included with every tier.

TRT

Testosterone replacement, dosed against your bloodwork and how you feel, not a flat starting dose everyone gets.

Sermorelin

A growth-hormone-releasing peptide, mainly for sleep and recovery. Not a shortcut to a cover shoot, whatever the forums tell you.

GLP-1

Appetite and metabolic control. The research on the mechanism is solid. The boring part still applies: you still have to eat like an adult.

Sleep Stack

Not a peptide, a protocol: light timing, temperature, and two supplements with real evidence behind them. Included with every tier.

Labs None required
Provider Self-directed

Protocols open state by state; intake is free, no card, and places you on your state's list. Informational, not medical advice. A licensed provider makes every clinical decision.

The Readout

The number your protocol answers to.

"In range" and "where you run well" are different questions. Every OPTN protocol starts with the full panel, read marker by marker, and gets rechecked against it.

652 points wide. That's "normal."

Adult male reference range, total testosterone: 264 to 916 ng/dL. Two men at opposite ends of it get the same one-word verdict.

A reading near the floor and a reading near the ceiling are both "in range." Your protocol starts by finding out which one you are, and gets rechecked against the same panel until the number moves.

How it works

Four steps. The numbers referee every one.

  1. 01 Intake A short questionnaire. Free. No card.
  2. 02 Bloodwork The full panel, about $280, at a draw site near you.
  3. 03 Protocol Built with a licensed provider, against your labs.
  4. 04 Retest The numbers say whether it worked.

The provider model

A licensed provider, not an algorithm.

  • Licensed and practicing in your state, checked before you ever get a consult.
  • Reads your labs with you and builds the starting protocol around them.
  • Follow-ups and dose adjustments included, decided against your retests.
  • Will tell you no when the labs say so. Nobody prescribes off a questionnaire alone.

The Stack

The gear, if you want it. Disclosed either way.

Unbound Merino Temperature regulation without the synthetic-fabric smell by Wednesday. Worn under everything October through April. Apparel
Mito Red Light Ten minutes most mornings. The evidence for skin and recovery holds up better than most of what's sold as biohacking. Recovery
BON CHARGE blue blockers For the two hours before bed, when the phone doesn't care that you have a 6am lift. Cheaper than melatonin, no grogginess. Sleep
Sleepme, Oura A number to argue with your own sense of how you slept, and a bed a few degrees cooler. The two sleep levers most people never touch. Tracking

Founder log · entry 001

"I signed up for three online TRT clinics so you don't have to."

My own bloodwork came back normal. Total testosterone 380 ng/dL, inside the lab's 264 to 916 range. Technically fine. I didn't feel like the guy I was at 28, and "technically fine" wasn't going to argue me out of that.

So I ran the experiment. One clinic diagnosed me by questionnaire before my blood draw came back. One tried to sell a five-peptide bundle on the first call, before asking a single question about my labs. One was fine, slow, and expensive, and never once explained what SHBG was or why mine was 52.

None of them showed me the actual number, only a verdict. OPTN is the version I wanted built: the full panel, a provider who explains the range instead of reading it off a screen, and a protocol I run on myself before it ships to a single member.

Transparency

Trust, itemized.

Licensed

Every provider is licensed and practicing within the states OPTN operates in. Checked before you ever get a consult, not after.

Disclosed

Affiliate links, disclosed. We get a small cut; the price is the same. Nothing recommended quietly.

Capped

Medication markup is capped and published, not negotiated per customer or buried inside a bundle price.

Verified

Every batch has a real certificate of analysis. Ask for it and you get it, not a stock PDF with your name pasted in.

Run in-house first

Every protocol on this page was run in-house, against the same lab panel members get, before it shipped. If it isn't worth our own bloodwork, it isn't shipping to yours.
